Flats to let in the region of Most

Operating in Most and its surroundings, TERTIUS Housing s.r.o. offers over 50 completely renovated flats to let – ranging from studios of 20 sq. m up to three-room flats of 70 sq. m. The rent in our flats varies between 5,000 and 9,500 CZK per month, which includes all costs of the block of flats. On top of this, only monthly charges for water, heat, electricity, gas, internet, and cable TV are paid, which we clear annually. For instance, a family with an average consumption of commodities can quite decently live in a renovated three-room flat for 12 to 13,000 CZK per month inclusive of all commodities, cable TV, and the Internet.

On our tenants' request, we get a cable TV and/or internet contract with WMS for them, arrange for the installation and help with setting up the Wi-Fi, if needed. Mediating this service is only charged a tiny fee.
